Calling citizen scientists of all ages! Join the naturalists at Nahant Marsh to learn more about the Monarch life cycle and migration to Mexico. Our naturalists and AmeriCorps members will teach you how to safely capture, tag, record data, and release the butterfly. Tagging butterflies helps scientists from Monarch Watch to learn more about monarch populations and migration. Butterfly nets will be available, but feel free to bring your own. Registration is required and limited to 25 participants. This is a free event; donations are appreciated.
